Situated in a peaceful location less than 1km from La Clusaz, Chalet Kintana offers stunning views of the village and mountains.
This recently-built 5-star Alpine chalet blends the traditional wood and stone of Savoyard architecture with the space and comfort of a Scandi-style decor. It even has a sauna and indoor swimming pool, shared with the adjoining chalet. For your own health and safety, the pool is checked by a professional before and during every stay.

Just a five-minute drive away, the village of La Clusaz offers direct access to the Aravis ski area, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The road to Chalet Kintana also leads to the Col des Aravis, a popular destination for cyclists. Whatever the time of year, the region offers a great choice of activities such as paragliding, canyoning, climbing and rafting.
Chalet Kintana is next door to Chalet Limanosa – larger groups of up to 28 people can book the two chalets together. With flexible bedrooms, it's a great option both for families and working groups. Each rental property offers three covered parking spaces, two outdoor parking spaces, and an electric vehicle charging station.
IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. It is located 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. Using these slopes you can get to the Champ Giguet ski school meeting point in three minutes.
About the property…
Chalet Kintana is a four-storey chalet just minutes from La Clusaz. It can accommodate up to 13 people in five bedrooms.
The spa facilities on the ground floor include an indoor swimming pool (3m x 4m) and a sauna with shower. Each chalet has access to its own laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet. One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom, with shower, toilet and double washbasin, while another has a desk for remote working.
Please note that all double beds in Chalet Kintana can be converted into twin beds, depending on the needs of your group.
Take the stairs to the first floor, where you'll find an open-plan kitchen, a large dining table, a living room, a double bedroom and a separate toilet. A long balcony, accessible from the bedroom, lounge and dining area, borders the property on two sides.
The bedroom on this floor has an en-suite shower room with a toilet. The living room includes a TV, wood-burning stove, sofa and comfortable armchairs, while the bright, modern kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by a long counter.
Finally, a bedroom for up to five people under the eaves has a TV, shower room and separate toilet.
The large garage can accommodate up to six cars and has two charging points for electric vehicles, as well as storage for skis and bicycles.

In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

Access to the swimming pool (4m x 3m) is private and shared between the two adjoining properties, Chalet Kintana and Chalet Limanosa. For moments of relaxation, you can enjoy a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. (The pool is tested before and during each stay.) When the adjoining property (Chalet Limanosa) is also rented, access to this area remains completely private at set times.
NOTE: the 5-star rating applies to 12 people. However, Chalet Kintana can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 13 guests. Some of the bedrooms are attic rooms with limited ceiling height. Make sure to refer to the photos to organise your stay.
The chalet is located in a residential area. Parties are not allowed.

Chalet Kintana's flexible sleeping arrangements make it ideal for a family break or a business trip, with double beds that can be converted into single beds. Its quiet location close to La Clusaz's amenities and its wellness facilities ensure a relaxing stay for 13 guests.
Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, with another double room on the first floor and a larger room for five under the eaves. Only the latter has a television, but the ground-floor room has direct access to a large balcony.
Three of the rooms have their own private bath/shower room, and there are two extra shower rooms on the ground floor, as well as separate toilets on two floors.
The living area on the first floor has a modern, functional kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with a wood-burning stove and television. There's also a large bar where you can enjoy a coffee, and a terrace with stunning views.
The ground floor shares space with the adjoining Chalet Limanosa. There is a small indoor swimming pool, a sauna with en-suite shower, and laundry facilities for each property, each equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Finally, the lower level has a large garage for up to six vehicles, with two charging points for electric cars, as well as a ski room and bicycle storage.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor get less light than the others, but they are nonetheless very cosy.
